Aeron`s sales representatives have been travelling in Korea visiting shipyards. The visiting schedule was planned by Mr. Y.H.Lim, representing the company Enmao Corporation.

Marintec China, is the largest maritime conference and exhibition in Asia and it is arranged every second year in Shanghai. AERON has participating to the exhibition and this time we were also represented by our representative from our Shanghai office.

AERON is a member of the 17-Group Of Norway represented by our General Manager Mr. Martin Nickelsen. Together with other members and our Chinese representative, Tecway International LTD, AERON have been travelling around in China visiting Chinese shipyards / ship owners and ship designers.

INMEX India, the largest and the most recognized maritime event in South Asia was inaugurated by Her Excellency Ann Ollestad, Ambassador of Norway.

AF Gruppen presents its best quarterly and annual results ever. Profit before tax in the fourth quarter was 131 (67). Preliminary profit before tax in 2008 was MNOK 308 (232).
Operating revenue for the Group in the fourth quarter was MNOK 1.452 (1.558). Operating revenue for 2008 was MNOK 5.805 (5.538).

Aeron will participate in the interactive sessions between Vietnamese and Norwegians partners, in Vung Tau 19 – 21 November, and in Hanoi 24 – 25 November.

Aeron together with 17-group members arranged a fishing trip for the Chinese delegation in Stavanger.

AF Gruppen (AFG) har i dag, den 4. juli 2008, inngått endelig kjøpsavtale om kjøp av 100 % av aksjene i Aeron AS. Avtalen er basert på intensjonsavtalen som ble offentliggjort i en børsmelding 22. mai 2008.

Yard number 279 from Ulstein Verft was delivered to Island Offshore 23 May, with the name seremony at Saturday 24 May 2008. Aeron has had the pleasure to deliver the complete Heating, Ventilation and Airconditioning - HVAC systems to this advanced vessel.

Aeron has had the pleasure to deliver the complete HVAC system for the new Utsikten Hotel in Kvinesdal, appr. 25 km east of Flekkefjord. The new hotel wich also includes an art center is situated close to one of the best Golf parks in Norway.

Aeron has secured 4 new orders with Aker Yards Trading for delivery of complete HVAC systems to 4 pcs. Anchor handling vessels of Aker Ship design type AH08. The vessels will be hull no 01, 02, 03 and 04 at Vuang Tau Shipyard in Vietnam.

Aeron participated at Vietship Exhibition in Vietnam from 11 to 14th March 2008. The exhibition was arranged in Vietnam Exhibition & Fair Centre in Hanoi. Aeron was located at the Norwegian Pavillion S2 together with 27 other norwegian companies.

The fifth edition of INMEX India was held in Mumbai 3-5th October 2007. INMEX is the premier maritime event in India and a common platform for the marine industry to interact with significant customers & key decision makers.
