Utsikten Hotel opened
Aeron has had the pleasure to deliver the complete HVAC system for the new Utsikten Hotel in Kvinesdal, appr. 25 km east of Flekkefjord.
The new hotel wich also includes an art center is situated close to one of the best Golf parks in Norway.
The new hotel has an area of 5200 m2 with 85 double rooms witch includes 24 suits, restaurants and conference facilities. In connection to the hotel, Kvinesdal community has built a culture area with multiscene, museum, art gallery, golf simulator and conference facilities.
Together with the beautiful Golf Park and the nice view, the hotel is an attraction itself and a very nice place to stay. The total price of the project is about 100 mill NOK where Aeron has delivered the HVAC systems for appr. 3,5 mill NOK.
