Aeron visiting Chinese shipyards
Aeron have been visiting Chinese shipyard together with our agents Horace Huang and Zhang Wen (Tecway International), Mr. Martin Nickelsen (17-Group of Norway) and Arne Søllesvik (Tranberg AS).
Our trip started in Shanghai and a visit to Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding. We had a company presentation and met some key persons from technical department. The afternoon meeting was at Shanghai Xin Ye Marine and Engineering Design, which is designer of commercial vessels and FPSO. We continue our trip to Jiangsu province and Nantong. Presentations was given to Wison (Nantong) Heavy Industry Shipyard and COSCO Nantong Shipyard. Wison are building offshore vessels and can hopefully be a new customer to Aeron. COSC Nantong used AERON equipment for a pipe layer to Helix last year.
The 3rd day we visit Nantong Minde and Rongsheng shipyard, both shipyards are building mostly commercial vessels.
Our last visit to a shipyard was at Jinling Shipyard in Nanjing. Also Jinling Shipyard is an old customer of Aeron.
