MARINA BAY SANDS EXPO AND CONVENTION CENTRE IN SINGAPORE
Sea Asia 2011, Asia’s premier maritime conference and exhibition had a fantastic showing in Singapore over 3 days from 12-14 April. This is the 3rd time the exhibition is being held.
Norwegian Maritime Exporters participated together with 14 Norwegian companies at the exhibition, Sea Asia in Singapore. This is the 2nd time AERON are participating to the exhibition. Even the exhibition is small compare to SMM Germany, Nor-Shipping, Marintec , our stand was visited by many ship owners and shipyards representatives. The good news during exhibition was that SBM Offshore has awarded a contract to Keppel Singmarine in Singapore for the detailed design and construction of a multi-purpose Diving Support & Construction Vessel (DSCV). The ship will be a MT-6024 design from Marin Teknikk in Norway and will be built to DNV rules and international regulations.
